Thai Ceviche.

Hawaii, everyone loves, dreams and enjoys the beautiful islands of sunshine, tropical flowers, sandy beaches, and beautiful rainbows 🌈 🌺🌴🐋☀️🌧🍍🏝🏖🍹

My family and I love going to Hawaii once a year to visit the land I(we) love and I think I belong there. My husband and I like to cook with local ingredients we buy at farmer markets and we like checkout the restaurants where they usually use local ingredients, fresh fish and meat that is raised on the islands.

One of our favorite restaurant on Maui island is called Mama Fish House where they serve my favorite dish called “Tahitian Ceviche” I knew the main ingredients were coconut milk, cilantro, lime juice and tuna cubes (it’s very delicious)

It inspired me to create one up with my Thai cuisine for my catering and I call Thai ceviche. I use wild salmon cubes marinated in lime juice and coconut milk and add heirloom cherry tomatoes, chopped chili, julienne fresh ginger, red onion, and of course Thai basil leaves. I serve in shooter cups and it’s delicious.
