How much will it cost?
Depending upon the level of service you choose, per person cost can be as low as $10 for tray orders with self-pickup. Tray prices can be viewed here.

How large a group can you handle?
We have experience catering parties with up to 300 guests.

Can my small group be accommodated?
We have catered groups as small as 12 people. For small groups we suggest ordering party trays with self-pickup at restaurant.

What type of events do you cater?
We can cater any type of event including Anniversary Party, Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Bridal Shower, Class Reunion, Cocktail Party, Corporate Event, Dinner Party, Family Reunion, Fundraiser / Benefit, Funeral / Memorial / Wake, Graduation Party, Holiday Party, Luncheon, Office Party, Picnic, Rehearsal Dinner, Religious Event, School Event, Tailgate / Sports and Weddings.

How far will you travel?
We serve all of San Diego County.

Where can you cater?
We can cater at any location that allows caterers. This includes public or private locations, parks, beaches, recreation centers, churches, etc.

Can you serve outdoors?
Yes, indoors or outdoors! We have the proper equipment to handle any event!

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the City of San Diego. We are also licensed by ABC (California Dept. of Alcohol and Beverage Control) to serve beer and wine. We are fully insured and can provide additional insured statements as needed. Copies of all permits are available at client’s request.

Do you have references?
Yes, we have many returning clients for over 10 years! Please see Testimonials and Clients on this website. Additional references provided upon request.

When do you need to know the number of guests?
Final count is due 10 days prior.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of estimated order to reserve the date of your event. An additional 25% of estimated order is due and payable 10 days prior to event which in non-refundable.

Note: Any other real charges incurred by Supannee House of Thai catering on behalf of client (i.e. Samples Fees, Pre Paid Rentals, Entertainment, Staffing, etc.) are non-refundable.

Are there any other fees?
Depending on your service requirements, there may be additional charges for service labor of which you will be notified in advance. Also, Sales Tax is required by the State of California to be added to the entire total.

Is gratuity included?
Yes, we charge a mandatory 18% gratuity for all events we serve (self-pickup orders exempt).

What are your portion sizes?
Ample, unlimited portions are our trademark. Guests are welcome to have as much as they like while on premises and during serving time. (We do not allow guests to pack food to take home unless prior arrangements are made.)

How about kids prices?
Children ages 12 and under are charged 50% less than the adult per person cost for the event.

Are there vegetarian options?
Yes, we have many options for vegetarians or vegans on our menus. Please let us know how many guests require a vegetarian option.

Are beverages available?
Yes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available. Bartenders are available for beer and wine.

Can you arrange rentals?
Yes, we can arrange tables, chairs, linens, etc.

Are samples of food available?
Yes – we would love to have you taste our delicious food! Please call for an appointment to come in to our restaurant for tasty samples. We can plan your entire event while you dine!
